Terms of Service

1. Services And Eligibility

Services are offered to adults who can enter a binding agreement and who own the vehicle or are authorized by its owner. Service availability depends on location, vehicle type, condition, safe access, weather, equipment requirements, and scheduling capacity.

2. Booking, Estimates, And Pricing

Prices shown on service and informational pages are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Vehicle-package starting prices use a two-door coupe baseline. The booking package builder uses the selected year, make, model, server-assigned vehicle size class, package, and optional add-ons to calculate a specific online quote. Boat and RV/camper quotes use the overall linear length selected by the customer. The server-verified total displayed immediately before the LeadConnector calendar is the authoritative website quote for that listed configuration.

The vehicle catalog uses manufacturer-reported NHTSA vPIC data together with business pricing classifications. The website assigns and verifies the size class on the server; the customer cannot select a lower class. Because trim, seating, body configuration, modifications, lift kits, commercial equipment, or catalog limitations can affect the correct class, the customer must disclose oversized, lifted, dually, commercial, or materially modified configurations. The customer is responsible for accurate vehicle selections, disclosures, and measurements. The online quote covers only the listed vehicle, class, package, and add-ons. A materially different or modified vehicle, incorrect class or length, undisclosed condition, unsafe or inaccessible work area, or separately requested work may require a revised service plan and price. We will request customer approval before performing or charging for additional work.

A submitted request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is reserved only after it is accepted and any required booking payment is received.

3. Booking Fees, Rescheduling, And Cancellation

• Vehicle detailing requires a $25 non-refundable booking fee.
• Boat detailing requires a $25 non-refundable booking fee.
• RV and camper detailing requires a $100 non-refundable booking fee.

Boat detailing is $35 per billable linear foot. Dave counts one side only, so the online quote divides the combined exterior side footage entered by the customer by 2 before applying the rate. Work outside the listed package or a corrected measurement requires a revised quote and customer approval.

The booking fee is included in the agreed service price and is credited toward the remaining balance; it is not an extra charge. It secures reserved appointment time and is non-refundable except whenSuper Dave's Auto Spa cancels and the customer does not accept a transferred appointment.

• Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the booking fee.
• A rescheduling request made at least 24 hours before the appointment may transfer the booking fee one time to a replacement appointment.
• If Super Dave's Auto Spa must cancel, the booking fee will be transferred to a replacement appointment or refunded.

Weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible work areas, or circumstances outside reasonable control may require a new appointment time. The parties will communicate promptly and apply the policy above in good faith.

4. Customer And Service Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate vehicle, condition, location, and contact information.
• Ensure lawful access to the vehicle and a safe work area.
• Remove valuables, weapons, medications, sensitive documents, and fragile personal property before service.
• Disclose known hazards, biohazards, sharp objects, damage, leaks, pests, or sensitive aftermarket components.
• Provide any water, electrical, access, parking, or property authorization confirmed for the appointment.

Service may be declined or stopped when conditions are unsafe, materially different from the booking information, unlawful, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope. If undisclosed conditions require additional work, we will request approval before charging for that work.

5. RV And Camper Service Terms

RV and camper detailing is $25 per billable linear foot. Dave counts one side only, so the online quote divides the combined exterior side footage entered by the customer by 2 before applying the rate. Work outside the listed package or a corrected measurement requires a revised quote and customer approval. RV and camper roofs are not serviced due to insurance requirements.

6. Results, Existing Damage, And Personal Property

Detailing and restoration can substantially improve appearance and cleanliness, but specific results are not guaranteed. Permanent stains, oxidation, scratches, worn materials, prior repairs, failing coatings, odors, and hidden damage may remain. We are not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing damage or personal property left in the vehicle, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Photographs, Reviews, And Publicity

We may photograph a vehicle to document its condition, prepare an estimate, perform quality control, or maintain a service record. We will not publish customer-identifying photographs, testimonials, names, license plates, or other customer content for advertising without separate permission or another lawful basis. A customer may withdraw future publication permission by contacting us, subject to uses already lawfully completed.

Reviews must reflect the reviewer's honest experience. Material relationships, incentives, or complimentary services connected to a review must be disclosed.

8. Website And Intellectual Property

This website's original text, layout, branding, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Third-party names, platforms, icons, libraries, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate license terms identified in the Third-Party Notices.

You may use the website for personal service research and booking. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, impersonate, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, administrative tools, or customer data.

9. Super Dave's Auto Spa Alerts

Customers may separately choose appointment/service messages and marketing messages. Appointment/service messages may include confirmations, reminders, estimates, arrival updates, and service follow-ups. Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, and service announcements. Each consent choice is optional, is not preselected, and is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. A confirmation may be sent after the opt-out request.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact dave@superdaveseautospa.com or 318-793-7777.
• To rejoin after opting out, submit a new consent request through the booking form or contact us directly.
• Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

A one-time confirmation text may be sent after an opt-out request. We will honor reasonable revocation requests made through other supported contact methods as required by applicable law.

10. Website Use, Disclaimers, And Limitation Of Liability

Website information is provided for general service and booking purposes and may be updated without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law,Super Dave's Auto Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing Law, Electronic Acceptance, And Changes

These terms are governed by applicable Louisiana and federal law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms, and the effective date identifies the latest version.

Checking the acceptance box and continuing to scheduling constitutes an electronic acceptance of the version displayed during booking. The booking record may include the policy version and acceptance timestamp. These terms, the approved estimate or service plan, and any written changes form the agreement for the booked service.
