1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • Name, email address, telephone number, and service address.
  • Vehicle, boat, RV, or camper details and requested services.
  • Appointment preferences, photographs, notes, and communications.
  • Booking, deposit, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by the connected payment processor and are not stored on this website.

We may also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referral page, security events, and booking consent records. Security controls use a one-way hash of a network identifier for short-term rate limiting rather than storing the raw identifier in the rate-limit record.

2. Sources Of Information

We receive information directly from customers, from website and booking interactions, from service communications, and from providers that support scheduling, payments, address suggestions, hosting, security, and customer relationship management. We may also receive reviews, photographs, or service details from a customer only when the customer or another authorized source provides them.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Review requests, provide estimates, schedule services, and collect booking fees.
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support responses.
  • Maintain customer records, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve business operations.
  • Comply with applicable legal, safety, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Document policy acceptance, communication choices, opt-outs, estimates, and service history.

4. Website And Booking Technologies

This website may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies needed for security, administration, preferences, and basic website operation. The first booking step collects only service-quote information. For vehicle service, that includes the selected year, make, model, catalog vehicle type, confirmed size class, package, and optional add-ons. For boat or RV/camper service, it includes the entered linear length. The website does not collect the customer's name, contact details, or service address during this first step.

Vehicle year, make, model, and vehicle-type choices come from a local catalog assembled from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public vPIC data. Selecting a vehicle does not send a live request to NHTSA. The website assigns the pricing size class from its local catalog on the server. A customer may disclose an oversized, lifted, dually, commercial, or materially modified configuration, but cannot select a lower pricing class.

The website stores a signed quote in this browser tab's session storage for up to approximately two hours and removes it after the confirmation page is displayed. A temporary server-side quote record stores the package, selected add-ons, vehicle or equipment details, server-assigned size class when applicable, service total, required deposit, and a short quote reference. It does not contain the customer's name, contact details, or service address. The LeadConnector booking URL receives only that short opaque quote reference; the package, add-ons, and locked price remain in the website's temporary server-side quote. Customers enter their contact information and service address directly into the LeadConnector booking widget.

Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps Platform and Google Places. Google receives the address characters you type, the selected result, and related technical information needed to return suggestions. You can enter the address manually when suggestions are unavailable. The embedded LeadConnector/HighLevel scheduler is delivered by a third party and may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, referral page, and information you enter directly into the booking widget.

Payment information entered during booking is transmitted directly to the payment provider connected to LeadConnector/HighLevel. Super Dave's Auto Spa does not store full payment-card numbers on this website.

After an appointment is booked, a secured LeadConnector workflow sends the appointment context and booking attribution URL to this website. The website extracts the short quote reference from that booking/referral URL, uses a server-only HighLevel integration credential to verify the appointment and retrieve the contact information the customer already entered in the booking widget, and verifies the reference against the temporary server-side quote. The website then writes the package, add-ons, locked total, deposit, and related service details directly to the internal HighLevel appointment note and prepares branded transactional confirmations for the customer and the business. Customers do not need to enter their contact information or quote details a second time.

5. Email And Text Messaging

When you provide a phone number or email address, we may use it for requested booking and service communications. Marketing messages are sent only when the required consent has been provided. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. We also honor reasonable revocation requests received through supported contact methods as required by applicable law. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method, and opt-out requests are maintained so that we do not restart unwanted marketing. You may also contact us using the information below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Service Providers And Disclosure

We use service providers to operate the website, scheduling, customer relationship management, communications, hosting, payments, and related support. Netlify hosts the website and its administrative content storage. LeadConnector/HighLevel processes booking, customer relationship, payment status, and communication information on our behalf. Resend may process the recipient address and confirmation-message contents to deliver branded transactional email. Google provides address suggestions inside the booking provider. Payment-card data is processed by the payment provider identified in the secure checkout experience. Providers receive information needed to perform their services under their own contracts and privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. SMS opt-in data and consent remain excluded from such transfers for marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Providers may process information only for business support, legal, security, payment, or customer-requested purposes consistent with their role.

7. Your Choices And Privacy Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained by us, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link and text messages by replying STOP.

To protect customers, we may need to verify the requestor's identity or authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against a customer for making a privacy request. Deletion does not require us to erase records that must be retained for transactions, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or suppression of unwanted communications.

8. Retention, Security, And Children

Booking quote details stored in this browser tab are limited to the approximately two-hour session period described above. Temporary server-side quote records expire on the same short schedule and are removed after a successful confirmation when possible. The website may retain a one-way booking identifier record and delivery timestamps to prevent duplicate confirmation emails without storing the customer's submitted contact details in that record. Completed service, payment, and tax records may be kept for up to seven years. Publication permissions and rights records may be retained while content is published and for up to seven years afterward. Opt-out and suppression records may be kept as long as needed to honor the request. A longer period may apply when required by law, litigation hold, insurance, fraud prevention, or an active dispute.

When a retention period ends, records under our control are deleted, de-identified, or rendered unreadable using a method appropriate to the record. Provider backup and legal-retention cycles may take additional time. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used, including restricted administrative access, encrypted transport, secret management, rate limiting, and access review, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate, contain it, document the response, notify relevant providers, and provide legally required notices without unreasonable delay. This website and its booking services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. External Services And Policy Changes

Third-party services operate under their own privacy terms. Current information is available from Netlify, HighLevel/LeadConnector, Resend, NHTSA, and Google.

We may update this policy as business practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest published version.
