(1) Should I clean out my vehicle before you arrive?

Yes, we don’t expect you to vacuum it, but please remove your personal property. By doing so, it eliminates the possibility of something being misplaced or lost!

(2) Do you provide service to everyone?

We do reserve the right to choose the vehicles, who and where we will service. We have to be selective due to the mobile nature of our business, as well as take into account weather conditions, and many other variables. If we feel the level of service you require is not the level of service we would be able to provide, or if there is a risk to life and/or property, ect, we reserve the right to decline service.

(3) What is the best way to reach you?

The best way to reach us is by text due to the fact we are often driving or washing a vehicle. We answer calls when we are able to but it is not always possible.

(4) Do you take before and after pictures of vehicles?

Yes, we take photos of your car for before and after a service for insurance purposes as well as to use in our future promotions and to demonstrate our level of serivce to prospective clients.  We will do our best to never show your property, your address, your plate number  or any other identifying information. Thank you for understanding!

(5) What types of chemicals do you use?

We only use professional grade products. We have well over 20 different chemicals to get your vehicle clean along with brushes, scrubbing pads and specialized towels, compressed air and vacuums.  All of our tools are designed specifically to achieve one goal; a super clean vehicle.

(6) How long does a service take?

It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. It can take us up to 5 hours to do the service.

(7) Do you do glove boxes, center consoles, trunks and other areas?

We do not typically do glove boxes, center consoles, trunks or truck beds due to risk of damage certain items in these areas which can be sensitive or extremely valuable. We often avoid these areas to reduce the risk of accidental damage or loss of personal belongings.

We can however do theses area upon request.
